Erie Auto Repair

I'm not from the area, but my truck wouldn't start as I was on my way out of town. I called Harrell early in the day and was told they could fit me in; unfortunately I wasn't able to get towed there for several more hours. Despite the fact that we barely made it before the shop was due to close, the mechanics chose to not only take a look, but to order a new starter and get it installed that evening! Every employee that I encountered was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and more than helpful. They also gave me a great price for more than quality service and knowledgable workmanship. If I lived in Erie, I would most definitely return in the future. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable and pleasant mechanics!

I was fortunate to find this family-owned repair shop when my Ram 2500 diesel truck had engine trouble. They got me in the morning I called. Soon they had the truck on the diagnostics and were troubleshooting possible issues. After following through on a few leads, the problems were found, repaired and I was out the door. They didn't try to upsell any other unnecessary parts or services, but instead they gave me advice on how to keep my truck running smoothly. The hourly rate was fair and many services listed had standard prices. I was impressed with the mechanics' work and politeness. While I waited, I observed all the customers being treated with respect and dignity by all the employees including the office girls. A new customer waiting room was being built which will nice for those who can't just drop off their vehicles. I would recommend this shop for both routine and extensive auto repairs. The owners will make sure you're treated well and the work done right.
