Friendly service, and quite Knowledgeable

Incredibly honest, fair, kind, generous, helpful, efficient, and knowledgeable. We were in great hands. We were en route from western Iowa to New Hampshire, and our engine started falling out of our car (due to the previous mechanics not properly fastening the motor mount!!!). This resulted in a broken axle and 2 broken hoses. Paul and everybody at Harrell squeezed us into their busy schedules, hunted down the parts or repaired them and had us on the road again by the end of the day. Amazing. We were treated so well -- and that as out-of-towners who will likely only ever be 1-time customers. Beyond the actual work they did, they also created a pleasant atmosphere that was relaxing to wait in. We enjoyed our chats! Truly phenomenal customer service in every way. Whether you're wishing to only pass through town or you live in Erie, Harrell is the place to go for your automotive needs.

Honest and accurate diagnostics. They do the work they say they are going to do. Quality work and competitive price. Definitely professional quality not the corner garage or the buddy down the street.

I can't say enough about this place, very nice and informative, Mike, Ralph, Jim, Tiffany, Paul, Matt, and Mark, are all so nice..took the time to explain to me everything that was going on with my car(even tho I didn't understand it). I will recommend everyone to Harrell automotive! :-)

The best guys in town. Professional and they care!

Very knowledgeable and friendly service. They got me in the same day for for service on my Ram 2500 diesel truck with engine codes. A complete check-up and diagnostic was performed timely and a resolution was found. No upselling for unnecessary parts or service, just recommendations for keeping the truck running smooth. Fair rates for the services performed. The shop was managed and organized to get customers in and out. The office staff was friendly and efficient. A new customer waiting room is being built at the time of this review. The guys in the shop were professional, friendly and knew their stuff. I watched as the owner supervised every job and talked to the customers. If you need an honest shop for your car or truck (gas or diesel) at a fair rate, this is the place.

Great family owned business! Everyone is super helpful and they did a awesome job on my Mini Cooper basically rebuilt the whole motor! I love these guys!
