They rip you off charging for things you do not need

Mechanic shops usually have people who don't know how to be "people" people, if that makes sense lol, but Harrell was an exception. This place was great, fantastic service, fantastic customer experience, and speedy as well for what was done. Fair pricing as well for undercoating + oil change service being around 200 total. Waiting area was spacious and comfortable as well. Fantastic place to be, will be coming again in the future.

They were ready for me at my appointment time and efficiently performed my vehicle inspections in a timely and affordable manner. Not pushy I’m any way but informative about general maintenance needs. Will definitely take my vehicles back to them!

A very courteous, friendly staff. They keep me in touch with the progression of repairs. Let me know what repairs I need and given an option to approve the necessary repairs or I could choose to do other repairs later.

Harrell Automotive is top notch. They always get me in a timely manner and along with doing what I brought my Jeep in for they also do a check over to make sure my vehicle is safe.

Last Wednesday I was standing out in the rain on the side of West 15th Street. I was feeling completely overwhelmed. My car had stopped completely on this busy road with no lights to put my flashers on and I had a million in one worries going through my head… Mike the owner, stopped and assisted me. He stood in the rain with me and helped talk through the situation. I had heard many good things about this business through my work, they are a very philanthropic company that now seeing first hand-truly cares for others. I got my car towed to his shop and they immediately took care of me. I got a call the next morning that my car was good to go. I had some loose connections. They did a “health check” on it and gave me some insight on other things to consider when I was ready-I appreciated the thoroughness of their approach. I very much appreciated the text and call communication since I was busy at work that day. I picked up my car and it smelled good and was running again! Thanks to Harrells this difficult situation was only a blip in my week.
