I had a brake repair back in September at a different repair shop, that broke again last Sunday. Harrell’s had fantastic reviews online, so I called and left a message on a Sunday. I received a text within 45 minutes asking if I could bring my car in Tuesday, which I did. They identified the problem, called me to explain and gave me a price. I received a text Friday morning that the correct part had come in and they would be making the repair. I received a call Friday at 4:30, that they were finishing up, that they spent extra time on my brakes to ensure everything was repaired properly and I could pick it up in a hour, and no change in price!!! They even hosed it off, and they brakes feel better than ever!!! I cannot thank them enough for going above and beyond. I highly recommend! Their office is even warm and welcoming!!!!

Look, there is no other way to put this... If you take your vehicle anywhere other than Harrell Automotive in Erie, you are lacking a brain. Joel and Marshall as front men for the service department are amazing and easy to talk with. The technicians they have on staff are second-to-none as well. I wasted money taking my vehicle to an actual Ford Dealership, it ended up at Harrell being fixed for real. I cannot thank you enough!

My parking brake would not disengage while I was on vacation. I basically had lost hope of getting back home today with my vehicle. I was able to call Harrell and within 2 minutes Marshall was able to recommend a towing service and was able to give me a round about guess as to how much my bill you be. By the time I had arrived at their location I already felt welcome. The 2 staff members Marshall and another man who's name I did not get, kept me updated the whole process and we're able to resolve my problem and have me on my way in a little over an hour. If I didn't live 2 hours away I'd make Harrell Automotive my go to mechanics. Thank you to all staff who helped me in anyway today. 4-1-19
