Overall experience was excellent start to finish! Had a concerning noise from My Audi late on Friday afternoon and Joel was able to get it checked out for me that day. I left it with them to pick up by noon on Saturday. Not only did they fix my noise but also fixed my cup holder at no charge. (unexpected surprise, it has been broken for 2 years!)
