I have a 2007 Ford Edge, It was making a clunking noise when I turned corners in the vehicle. I had it at another shop they could not figure out what was wrong so I took my car to Harrell Automotive within a few hours problem was located and corrected. I haven’t had an issue since. Had a vehicle concern and they got me in quickly. The Technician, Joe Grace, addressed the concern and noticed other vehicle issues that were unsafe. Joe took pictures and I was able to see what was going on right from my phone! I asked them to make the vehicle safe and make necessary repairs. They ordered parts and had the repairs done on the SAME DAY! The truck now brakes waaaaaaay better. This is a shop that cares. Thank you Harrell's and thank you Joe Grace!

Staff and ownership are always give 100%. Understanding if you have budget restraints or transportation requirements if vehicle needs worked on for a day or two. The owner's and manager's go above and beyond in accommodating there clients. This establishment continues to impress me. I have been a client of there's for almost 9yrs. I have been using Harrell Automotive since 2017. They are great people who take care of their customers. Whenever something needs doing they spot it explain and are very upfront how much it will cost. They also warranty their work which is a big plus! Tiffany and Michael Harrell are great people. I will continue to give them my business and recommend them to others.

Amazing customer service!! We were just driving by Erie, PA on a Saturday and started having car trouble. Found them on Google and called them up. They gave us great directions on how to get there. They even tried to call an auto shop that was closer to where we were to see if they were open. They stayed 3 hours late to fix our car to get us back on the road that day!! Nice and friendly staff. Special thanks to Joel, Vince, and the shop dog, Paisley, for keeping us entertained!
