Yesterday I was passing through Erie Pennsylvania on my way back home to Harrisburg from Mercyhurst University where my daughter attends college when my check engine light came on. Being so far away from home I had no idea what to do! I called the Harrell’s and Joel answered the phone, he was able to get my vehicle in right away. When I got there Joel, and Marshal assured me that I had nothing to worry about and they were going to get me back home as soon as possible. They explained the issue with my car very well, and thankfully I only needed a new gas cap! Me being a woman I feel like many shops would have taken advantage of the fact that I was so far away from home and knew absolutely nothing about cars, Joel and Marshal are the most honest people I’ve ever dealt with in the automotive industry and I highly recommend Harrell Automotive to anyone!

Great experience. I have been in the Erie area for over 5 years now and was always uneasy about going to random auto shops to have work done on my car. I am happy to say that Harrell Automotive were extremely friendly, fast, and honest working employees.

The staff is great and for the vets out there this is the only place to go they helped me when I was in a bind one of the few places in town that truly love their military vets. Good prices excellent staff

These guys are awesome ! I got dropped off by a tow truck in the middle of the night and had to spend the night in my truck after breaking down on the freeway and the next morning they got my truck in straight away and replaced the fuel pump and had me back on the road in a couple hours. They even helped me unload my dirt bike so I could rip around town while I waited! Awesome crew! Thanks so much to Michael and all the guys down there!

Excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff. Needed to get a state inspection and Joel worked me in with short notice. One of the most convenient auto experiences I’ve had and I will definitely go to Harrell’s for all my future automotive needs. Highly recommended.

Look, there is no other way to put this... If you take your vehicle anywhere other than Harrell Automotive in Erie, you are lacking a brain. Joel and Marshall as front men for the service department are amazing and easy to talk with. The technicians they have on staff are second-to-none as well. I wasted money taking my vehicle to an actual Ford Dealership, it ended up at Harrell being fixed for real. I cannot thank you enough!

Very friendly service and they always keep me updated on any work that is being done which I really appreciate. I've been burned by other shops with mysterious charges but Harrell has never done that to me!
