Best shop in Erie! I bring my travel trailer here every year for inspection. They always do an excellent job and everyone is so friendly. They are also very, very timely and it's always a pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

If you need any kind of mechanical work done, take your car to Harrell Automotive! They took the best care of me and I was in and out in practically no time at all! On 7/17 I called in inquiring about getting my car aligned and the wheels balanced. Tiffany answered and was more than happy to set me up with the earliest convenient time for me to come in. As I walked in this morning I was greeted by Joel the Service Manager who finalized all the details and took my keys. Jarid the technician who worked on my car was able to get the alignment and wheel balance taken care of in a jiffy and I was on my way! I don't get my car dialed in all the time but I believe the price I paid was more than fair for the service that was done. Jarid even took the extra time and cleaned my dirty wheels bringing back some of that shine! It's great to be able to take my car to people who are knowledge, price fairly for their service and who are personable and easy to deal with. I took my car into the shop knowing it was going to be a major fix in comparison to some repairs. My power steering went out. I was skeptical, as I am with most mechanics because they take advantage of others and their finances. After dropping it off they called to tell me what they found, went over the price, mentioned the lower cost kit part, keeping my costs down and made sure I was comfortable with it. After the work was done, they stayed a little late as I was 7 min past closing time to get my car. Then they scraped off my car without hesitation. Today they even messaged me to make sure things were running smooth. I would highly recommend this mechanic to anyone! They have my business for life

It's always hard to move to a new city and find a mechanic you can trust. For me, Harrell Automotive is that mechanic in Erie. They're customer service is amazing. They send text reminders of appointments, which is great because we're all forgetful sometimes. They even sent a text to remind me my inspection was due. That is above and beyond as far as I am concerned. I would highly recommend them. They're prices are reasonable. The customer service an A+ and I like how personable they are.

Needed my Patriot inspected, a 50,000 mi. check and had a few concerns. Mike Houston kept me informed throughout and explained what was needed and why. The staff is very friendly and as a side note I discovered hot chocolate with coffee mate peppermint mocha is very good. Thanks!

I brought them a problematic 2007 Mitsubishi Eclipse after dealing with a particularly dubious local “auto-repair” shop in another town. Harrell Automotive were informative, professional and the best possible team to get the work done. I can’t thank them enough for the work and being so ready to step up and help. Wonderful job done on my car! I went in for a PA inspection, oil change, and tire rotation. I am not from this area and not very knowledgeable about cars, but they explained everything to me and made me feel like I knew what I was paying for. Great service that made me feel like a valued customer. A friend recommended Joel and he was the best! Michael also checked in to make sure my repairs had no issues a few days after my appointment which was incredibly nice. Good pricing and great service!
