The vacuum pump and booster on my 7.3L failed as I was traveling across state on a Thursday. No other shop in the area was able to get me in to look at it. Called up Harrell Automotive and spoke with Joel who was extremely helpful, and in a matter of a few hours, he was able to find the new part and get my in the shop for immediate diagnosis and service. Had the truck back within a day even catering to me after hours to make sure I got my truck back for my trip back Sunday. If I'm ever in the area again and need help they will be my first call.

Always great staff and very friendly. Always make me feel welcome even since I bought my honda from them. Very experienced and I trust them with everything.

Always had good service on my 06 Explorer. Got to know the people there and sometimes gone out of their way to get me in even when they are real busy. Don't be afraid to ask questions about your car or truck on what they are fixing. Work with them and they will work with you on getting you a happy customer.

First time there as they come recommended from Autozone’s approved repair centers. Talked to Mike on the phone explaining the needed repairs. He quoted me over the phone the cost and set up a time for Wednesday morning. I dropped off the car on Monday evening, and to my surprise and joy, he called me Tuesday afternoon to say the car was not only completed, but that the cost came in below his quote!!!! This was absolutely mind blowing. A day early and cheaper than anticipated!!!! Great job!!!! All around, I am extremely satisfied with the service performed, and the extreme friendliness and professionalism I experienced from everyone I dealt with. Scheduling more service on another vehicle soon, and all my other vehicles. Thank you. Nice to know that there are still honest, family owned businesses that are appreciative and thankful for their existing and new clients.

Harrell Automotive is the best mechanic in town! They go above and beyond to make sure my family is safe in our very old van! They give honest estimates and work hard to fix the problem right the first time and still get us back on the road quickly.

Can't say enough good things about this place. Tiffany, Joel & Michael went above & beyond to make sure my vehicle's repairs were done correctly and in a timely fashion. This is hands down THE BEST mechanic shop I have ever been to! For me, it’s extremely intimidating and anxiety inducing taking my vehicles in to get repairs etc....I always feel like I’m going to inevitably be taken advantage of for being a woman. I’m so grateful to have found this place. Everyone there is extremely friendly and personable and actually cares about the service they provide! The communication is excellent and I always feel involved and in the loop knowing what will be done with my vehicles. They take the time to explain what needs done and why.
