Overall experience was excellent start to finish! Had a concerning noise from My Audi late on Friday afternoon and Joel was able to get it checked out for me that day. I left it with them to pick up by noon on Saturday. Not only did they fix my noise but also fixed my cup holder at no charge. (unexpected surprise, it has been broken for 2 years!) After being a loyal Dealership customer for years, I am very happy to have found a local business that can service my TT. Make sure to check out Harrells. Thanks again guys (and gal)

I have a 2006 jeep liberty diesel and was having trouble finding any mechanic in erie that could work on her, let alone not charge me an arm and a leg. The cheapest mechanic I had found was 2 1/2 miles away. All other mechanics I had seen in Erie either had no idea how to work on a diesel engine or quoted me over $1,000. A friend recommended Harrell auto so I went there. The staff was very knowledgeable, and the owner and manager themselves looked over my vehicle. My vehicle was in the garage for about a week but Harrell auto went above and beyond to take care of my car and loan me something to drive in the meantime. In my opinion Harrell auto is amazing, I highly recomend them!!!
