Absolutely outstanding customer service! Extremely knowledgeable staff who took 15 minutes to give me thorough explanations and recommendations for a simple oil change. Exceptionally friendly and welcoming, with text and call reminders about upcoming appointments. I completely forgot about a scheduled appointment and they called me an hour after it was supposed to happen, far more concerned that I did not go off the road in the snowstorm than about me missing the appointment. Took our van their two weeks ago for a major brake job and they were again honest, knowledgeable, helpful, and exceedingly friendly. Their customer service remains exceptional. Highly recommended!

Came in for an inspection on my Nissan Frontier and I was sure it was going to be expensive. Brennan called early and not only was it half of what I was expecting they got it done before 3. Great job and I'll definitely be back.

I have gone to Harrell’s twice when my hometown mechanic can’t fix my car’s problem. Both times they were able to fix the problem, in a timely (a cheeper than other shops) manner. I have never regretted taking my car to Harrell’s. It is hard to find honest work at a fair price but that’s what you get at Harrell’s!
