It was my first experience with Harrell automotive. I came in for an oil change and was pleasantly surprised with the beautiful waiting area with lots of space and even beverages and snacks. Ryan was very friendly and helpful and they even washed my van! The location is close to my house which is a plus. I will certainly use Harrell automotive again! I give them 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The mechanics did a great job fixing our persistent problem with leaking air on all 4 tires on a VW CC.

My wifes Battery died on a friday afternoon, called Harrells and Ryan was able to handle not only the Battery but they also were able to get the Mrs into some Much needed snow tires. And she was able to use them this morning with the snow~~~~ Love Erie and Our community! Thanks again Ryan and Harrells for Helping us with our car troubles!

Surprise drop off repair. Not happy about the cost but it needed to be done and it was done quickly. Dealer would've cost double at least

Wow!! Our family received a coupon for a 20$ oil change and e decided to come check out this repair shop. I am SO happy we did. Our brakes were getting low, we kind of figured that they would need done. I can't believe it! There's a lifetime program on brakes here. They detailed my car and everything. Ryan was great about keeping us informed. While we didn't need it he let us know about their financing. Thanks!!
