Wonderful service and friendly staff. I will be back in the future for maintenance service. I had an unexpected breakdown and the shop was able to get my car done and back to me in 2 days!! The dealer couldn't even get me seen for 3 weeks!! Thanks Harrells. The doggos were a fun distraction too.

Was so impressed with the attention I received here. I had an emergency and they got me right in and took care of this emergency and another problem I was not aware of this same day.

Simply the best in town, quick to get my vehicles in for maintenance, prompt to diagnose issues, clear lines of communication for selecting and approving tasks. Quick to return vehicle. New 2021-2022: car wash and light detailing with a air freshener. Always a pleasure to get my vehicle back from Harrell’s.

This was my first visit to Harrell Automotive and yet I was treated like an old friend. The honesty and integrity demonstrated were beyond reproach and were very welcomed and appreciated. This will definitely not be my last visit and I am moving my automobile service needs for all three of my vehicles to Harrell based upon my experience with this first vehicle.
