Always great to go here! Kind and pricing is great. I pay double for an oil change and get worse service as most places. Took my car for inspection a few months ago…they have the common maintenance recommendations but they’re not out to rack up your bill with add ons. Truthfully for years I would spent almost $100 at a 10 minute oil change just because most car places give pages of things they want to do your vehicle when just coming in for an oil change. I’ll will continue to bring me car for all services. Thank you!

This is by far the most professional and complete automotive service I have experienced. The staff was polite and helpful on the phone. Their services was expert, efficient and very fairly priced. They not only delivered my car to my home but they also left an air freshener on my rear view. Excellence in service is in the small details. I will not take my car elsewhere. *UPDATE* Could not figure out how to do a second review. I am a return customer with serious break issues. Listen, it's a fact, these people are the best. Angie was outstanding and so was Jarrod. Michael H did the work on my car himself. If my break system had not been fixed I could have been seriously hurt. I can't endorse them more. Don't bother with any other mechanics. Honest, fair, professional, caring.

I’m picky about my Range Rover!!! I’ve gone through 2 other Land Rover mechanics. One was good but keep the vehicle for weeks (literally), the other was OK but didn’t go the extra mile, something you would expect from mechanics that repair high end vehicles. This place is great! They’re knowledgeable about my vehicle. They communicate with you effectively throughout the process. They have fair pricing. They even go the extra mile of detailing the vehicle afterwards and adding an air freshener. If you are particular about your vehicle, take it to these guys! 👍🏾

Once again I had a wonderful experience at Harrell automotive. The staff was very courteous and accommodating. All my services were explained in detail which was very helpful! I will certainly use them again! I returned to Harrell automotive yesterday 9/29/21 with a dying vehicle 🚗. Although I did not have an appointment they got me in, diagnosed my problem and fixed it the next day! The staff was very knowledgeable and courteous as usual. I give them bonus points due to the fact I was greeted in the waiting room by two adorable chocolate labs. It was by choice that I got to interact with them…. The icing on the cake so to speak!❤️

we moved here from a small town in rural Nebraska 2 yrs ago .one thing we said we missed was having was a regular place to take vehicles for repair . if we had a problem I would call my buddy and he would take care of it . After going to Harrells after I had a break down I feel like we have a repair place again ! thanks for giving us the small town treatment again ! the only place we will go from now on . Great job!
