This is by far the most professional and complete automotive service I have experienced. The staff was polite and helpful on the phone. Their services was expert, efficient and very fairly priced. They not only delivered my car to my home but they also left an air freshener on my rear view. Excellence in service is in the small details. I will not take my car elsewhere.

Harrell’s has taken the time to diagnose my equipment’s problem and provide very specific solutions that have brought it back to operational. Their personnel even provided instructions on the repaired equipments updated features. Such attention to detail is extremely rare.

I took my 2018' Kia Forte for a second opinion just to be safe after having damages fixed from another auto service place and they did a wonderful job so no further damages were found. I also went ahead and scheduled for tires and alignment which Harrell Automotive made sure to schedule at my convenience between work hours & finances. Excellent work!
