Once again I had a wonderful experience at Harrell automotive. The staff was very courteous and accommodating. All my services were explained in detail which was very helpful! I will certainly use them again! I returned to Harrell automotive yesterday 9/29/21 with a dying vehicle 🚗. Although I did not have an appointment they got me in, diagnosed my problem and fixed it the next day! The staff was very knowledgeable and courteous as usual. I give them bonus points due to the fact I was greeted in the waiting room by two adorable chocolate labs. It was by choice that I got to interact with them…. The icing on the cake so to speak!❤️

we moved here from a small town in rural Nebraska 2 yrs ago .one thing we said we missed was having was a regular place to take vehicles for repair . if we had a problem I would call my buddy and he would take care of it . After going to Harrells after I had a break down I feel like we have a repair place again ! thanks for giving us the small town treatment again ! the only place we will go from now on . Great job! This is by far the most professional and complete automotive service I have experienced. The staff was polite and helpful on the phone. Their services was expert, efficient and very fairly priced. They not only delivered my car to my home but they also left an air freshener on my rear view. Excellence in service is in the small details. I will not take my car elsewhere.

I just brought my Town&Country van in for oil change and multiple problems brought to my attention. As an older widow I was impressed with courteous service provided from Angie. She also helped me with financing the repairs needed. I’m very grateful for the honest information provided regarding my 2009 van. I highly recommend this organization to service your vehicle. Harrell’s has taken the time to diagnose my equipment’s problem and provide very specific solutions that have brought it back to operational. Their personnel even provided instructions on the repaired equipments updated features. Such attention to detail is extremely rare.

I took my 2018' Kia Forte for a second opinion just to be safe after having damages fixed from another auto service place and they did a wonderful job so no further damages were found. I also went ahead and scheduled for tires and alignment which Harrell Automotive made sure to schedule at my convenience between work hours & finances. Excellent work! I will be returning for my oil change and any other auto related issues for my vehicle & my children's vehicles as well. :) Great people, reasonable prices, updates on status works to satisfy the customers!!
