Great experience with Harrell automotive today. We drove up from Pittsburgh, and had unexpected car troubles. At 3pm only 2 hours before close time, these guys told us to come on on in and got our car in almost immediately. They filled up our antifreeze tank which was almost empty. These guys are honest, even with out of towners that they might never see again. We really appreciate you guys, thank you so much.

My experience with them is great. Is would recommend them to everyone I know. I had another shop looking at my car and I wanted to get a second opinion. Harrell found the problem and fixed it I'm happier with my car now she runs fine

First time here. My wheel bearing was shot and they fixed it the same day. I didn't have an appointment. Absolutely the best experience getting auto work done ever. I needed help paying and they went above and beyond to make sure my car was safe to drive. They are extremely efficient, honest and have a really nice lounge area too. Definitely recommend!!

Michael and Tiffany Harrell run every aspect of their family business with genuinely thoughtful personal touches that make you feel instantly like old friends or trusted family. Phones are answered promptly and courteously and I was even able to make a same day appointment! My inspection found a necessary repair I hadn't planned on but it was still completed by the end of the day. The waiting area is quite large and extremely clean. It contains a coffee and snack area, large clean bathrooms and multiple comfortable (and cute!) seating options. You actually might think you stumbled into a coffee bar or salon! It has none of the usual noxious smells or jarring noises either. One of the BEST perks is the sweetest, prettiest, good girl of a chocolate lab named Paisley who might even bring you her toys and play fetch!👍🏻👍🏻
