My used car had wiring difficulty that kept recurring and Harrell did a great job and Angie a very great person. Shes quite an asset to this place Her knowledge and support endless i will return and all their energy kindness and excellence was so helpful. You dont forget that and i would reccomend. Them to everyone. I was really treated so kind and they even clean/washed and vaccumed my car made me ashamed and i realized they didnt want to work in such a filthy place and will remind me to keep clean for further work and workers thank you Harrells for being there. On Monday my car broke down on the side of I-79. I called every automotive place I could find on Google trying to see if anyone would take a vehicle without an appointment. When I called Harrell Automotive I spoke to Angie, who said that given it was an emergency they'd take me. I got a tow truck to there and waited till closing. They told me my car was overheating, and they'd need more time to see why. So, on Tuesday I learned that the entire cooling system for my car needed replaced. My car doesn't have a gage to te you when it's over heating, so I couldn't tell that there was a problem until the check engine light came on while driving on the highway. Mt step dad wanted the full run down on what was wrong, which parts needed replaced and where the price for all of this was coming from. I called Angie again and asked for a run down of it so I could write it down, and she emailed it to me. She even suggested a few services that tend to help with the upfront cost by using a credit card. I had the money to pay out of pocket so they ordered the parts. By Wednesday, the car was ready. Angie really helped me through this. I quite literally was crying when I got the price, and she was very understanding. I am also super grateful for this place even taking me on such short notice and getting it ready in 3 days. I don't know what I would have done without them.

Once again I had a wonderful experience at Harrell automotive. The staff was very courteous and accommodating. All my services were explained in detail which was very helpful! I will certainly use them again!

I brought my truck in to get state inspected and was made aware that it needed quite a bit of work and parts to make it happen. ( in fairness I haven't put hardly anything in this truck for a few years and it was overdue of normal upkeep etc.) Harrell's were very professional and explained everything to me and they were able to get it al done in a timely fashion ….Great experience from start to finish!! Please keep up the good work guys!! Your repair facility and the way your entire staff treat people is beyond refreshing and truly builds confidence in a customers mind when all they're looking for is to get a good job done ( accurately ) and know they aren't taken advantage of when it comes to paying the bill...We will be back...thanks again !!
