Initially a great experiance. But after having my vehicle worked on here my brand new breaks and tires were shot in a month.. though i was told i had a 3 year warranty on my breaks when contacting the shop for repairs I was told the warranty was void and was refused service promised. Will being taking my service elsewhere and I discourage anyone from getting work done here.

1. We saw Trisha Keipers 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander one time for a complimentary second opinion. Which was in fact the 3rd opinion. She has spent no money with our business; we merely diagnosed the vehicle at no cost and provided our pricing for repairs needed. Our pricing fell in the middle of the other 2 estimates Trisha was provided. 2. Nicholas Mineweaser did not like our pricing. He also did not like the other 2 shop's prices, that were right in line with ours. 3. Anyone who has been provided an estimate looking for another opinion, we would love to provide the same complimentary service for you! Because my last review was deleted as most their bad reviews are. I've decided to make sure customers know this automotive is not only price gouging. But the owners are untrustworthy. Disrespectful, and aggressive. After coming to herrells for a 2nd opinion on a $1700 quote for 2 bearings, an abs sensor & a control arm. I was quoted for $1900 for just the bearings and abs sensor. Obviously we were not going to pay this. After leaving i had reached out to my personal mechanic and will be getting the same work done with better parts, and a better warranty for $1000. I had then left a poor review and had received a call from their owner shortly after. At first. He was respectful. But immediately after informing him my issues were strictly the price gouging on parts and labor. He became very disrespectful, and rude. Trying to strong arm me into removing my review. Informing me he would just negate my review but responding with lies. He did exactly this...even going as far as to put personal information on his response that should be confidential. After editing my review to inform customers this was happening He immediately removed my review. If you research the 5 star reviews, they're 90% paid bots. I highly recommend taking your service elsewhere. Note: to anyone who is concerned. This is definitely not a fake account. And below is the the "complimentary 2nd opinion" They delt with me directly. But as you can see by his response the owner again trys to discredit any experience that was poor. And the customer service you see below is about equivalent to what you'll get when you're dissatisfied. Have a great day. And regardless of what you decide i hope your experiance is better then ours. 🙏

If you wanna pay $2100 for 2 wheel bearings and an abs sensor this is the place to go! 2016 mitsubishi outlander. Owner called after i posted this. At first very respectful. BUT..after explaining the price gouge was the issue he was demanding I remove my post. And was trying to intimidate me because And he will just respond saying it was a "difference of opinion" moral of the story I went elsewhere and will be getting the same work done for $1000 cheaper. Same parts. Same warranty. Upon response from owner below. His shop DID NOT allign with all other shops. And was in fact actually $400 more. For less work. Originally quoted $1700 from firestone with control arm. Also, again. Trying to strong arm me into removing my review and lying about our phone call. I had never agreed with him. This is unprofessional, unsanctioned, and blatantly disrespectful to not only myself, but also all of their customers. This shop has been reported to the board for price gouging. After review 90% of their reviews are paid bots. Check them out yourself. But please not a smile only goes so far when it comes to service.

Absolutely amazing service. They are extremely honest and extremely thorough when looking over the car. They give you recommendations about what's wrong and ask if you wanna go forward with fixing that soon.

They replaced all of my brakes back in May. When I went to get my car inspected, the mechanic said my brakes were completely worn out in the back. I explained I just had them replaced a few months ago. It turned out that Harrell installed the spring incorrectly on each rear brake and it ruined the brakes. I went today to ask for a refund for the rear brakes and the install and was told no. I was apparently supposed to call them to replace them (which makes no sense...if you didn't get it right the first time why would I want you to screw it up again?) and because I didn't do that and, just had the other mechanic do it, there's nothing they can do. Poor on their part. In my business, if I screw something up I apologize and try to make it right.

We offer one of the BEST warranties in town with 3 years or 36,000 miles. In many cases with brake concerns, we can absolutely take care of it free of charge even outside of that timeframe! Sadly Ron did not return to take advantage of the warranty offered, but had claimed he went elsewhere paying again in full for brakes. We additionally offer four financing options each carrying a zero interest option, one of which Ron took advantage of. In this case, having come in stating there was an issue, without an itemized invoice from another facility, my staff was unable to provide a refund on services we performed. I, with my general manager, did attempt to call Ron and have yet to hear back so I cannot work with the customer further on what would be a fair resolution! Being heavily involved in our community helping out anywhere we can, we always look for any way that we can resolve concerns. If Ron would like to discuss this further I would welcome a call or visit!

So my starter went out in my 2013 Dodge Durango today all while being 2-1/2 hours from home. They got me in and fixed with in around 4 hours and I was on my way. I have never been more comfortable waiting for a vehicle to get fixed. Veronica was very kind and welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed during my wait. An older gentleman even got me some maple donuts. All in all very good experience on a very bad day. Thank you guys!
