Horrible place! They will try to get you for big money! They prey on people who don’t know any better! They will offer u a free car was after they screw you!
Unfortunately when a vehicle is severely under maintained, things can add up quickly and we know the strain that can put on a household! We offer four different finance routes all with zero interest options! Brian was up front that he has a garage he usually goes to but they were nearly 2 months out! We are pleased to be able to get both new and existing customers in if not the same day, within one or two days. Brian brought us his 2013 Chrysler 200 for the rear brakes are squealing, we agreed to start with a brake inspection as Brian believed it was his rear pads and rotors. Our multi point inspection process showed that there were many safety concerns going on with Brian's 200. From severely chopped tires, bent wiper arms, turn signal switch that will not stay in the off position, broken struts to the air filter being blocked solid requiring vice grips to attempt to check it. With our usual process providing photos, a detailed explanation to handle needed repairs along with expected near future maintenance to get back on track! Our staff explained to Brian and showed him pictures of the condition of his brakes. We recommended to clean lube and adjust the front, but the vehicle needed rear pads, rotors AND calipers. On trying to compress the caliper slides and pistons, we found they were 100% frozen. The evidence showed the rear brakes haven't worked properly for a while. Our manager attempted to reach out to have a conversation with Brian, but he has not answered or called us back! We'd love to again have a conversation as our process is very transparent and yes! We are VERY proud to provide a carwash at each visit! Clean cars are happy cars. Anyone curious as to our process, we welcome a visit where we can share our process first hand!
